Radio Vision Cristiana Management (“Radio Vision”) is licensee of Stations
WWRV(AM) and WRVP(AM).
The Board of Directors of Radio Vision has voted to change the above two
noncommercial AM stations to COMMERCIAL status after years of voluntary
noncommercial operation. This is necessitated by financial issues of station
viability. Radio Vision has three other radio stations WWCL(AM), Lehigh Acres,
Florida, WVZN(AM), Columbia, Pennsylvania, and KCKN(AM), Roswell, New
Mexico all of which have recently been authorized by the Commission to operate
as commercial stations. The Mission Statement of Radio Vision (below) allows for
both commercial and noncommercial operations by Radio Vision in order to fund
the stations’ non-profit educational purposes.

MISSION STATEMENT OF
RADIO VISION CRISTIANA MANAGEMENT

Radio Vision Cristiana Management was incorporated by the State of New York as
an educational nonstock non-profit corporation on June 16, 1989.
Radio Vision operates full-power radio stations throughout the United States under
licenses granted by the Federal Communications Commission. Some or all of those
stations may carry commercial advertisements in order to fund the stations’ non
profit educational purposes.
Radio Vision uses its stations exclusively for the advancement of a unique 100%
Spanish language educational program designed to educate and meet community
needs by teaching the message of the Bible. It presents an array of original
educational programming and broadcasts obtained from independent producers or
other religious organizations. The ongoing needs of Radio Vision’s audiences are

regularly reviewed so that educational programs may be presented to meet future
needs of those audiences. Radio Vision’s educational programs in support of its
teaching goals include the subjects of Bible study, contemporary and historical
drama, psychology, literature appreciation, health, historical and contemporary
sacred music, scientific and philosophical information, secular news and public
affairs, religious news and viewpoints, programs designed for young children,
teenagers, and the elderly, devotionals, church services, sermons, and public service
announcements.
