Re:

Notification of Resumption of Full Power Operation
Tdaho State Board of Education (Boise State University)
NCE Station KBSXffM), Boise, ID (Facility ID 2S243)

Dear Ms. Dortch:
On behalf of Idaho State Board of Education (Boise State University), licensee of
noncommercial educational radio station KBSX(FM), Boise, Idaho, we hereby inform the
Commission that KBSX has resumed full power, licensed operation following a period of
reduced power operation.
The licensee previously notified the Commission in FCC File No. BSTA-201 50702AAQ
of KBSX's temporary reduced power status due to equipment problems, and requested Special
Temporary Authority ("STA") for the reduced power operation to continue for more than 30
days. The Commission granted reduced power STA for KBSX on July 7, 2015. The licensee
now notifies the Commission that KBSX has returned to full power operational status.
The licensee is a noncommercial educational licensee and operates KBSX on a
noncommercial educational basis. Moreover, the licensee qualifies as a governmental entity.
The licensee is therefore exempt from FCC filing fee and regulatory fee requirements for KBSX,
pursuant to Sections 1.1116 and 1 .1 162 of the Commission's rules. Should any questions arise
regarding this matter, kindly contact this office.
Very truly yours,

Barry S. Persh
