JOINT REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
FOR UNIVERSAL TIMESHARE SETTLEMENT
Per letter of November 14, 2014 from FCC Audio Division, the above captioned LPFM
applicants of MX Group 54 - the Jean Arnold Group Foundation ("JAGF"), Petaluma
Community Access ("PCA") and Sonoma Charter School ("SCS") - hereby jointly
request an extension of time pursuant to Section 1.46 of the Commission's Rules, up to
and including January 14, 2015 in which to fully complete a universal timeshare
settlement as prompted by the Commission.
The applicants have met and are committed to working cooperatively in good faith
towards a mutually agreeable settlement. However, in the process several technical and
procedural considerations have arisen requiring additional time and research to resolve.
Additionally, SCS has time constraints due to mid-year school activities limiting the
availability of staff, administration and governing board to review and approve
documents will full diligence.

Accordingly the applicants of LPFM MX Group 54 respectfully request a brief extension
of time to satisfy the Commission's request.
