Revised Notice of Return to Operation: Station KPKL-FM. Spokane,shington

Dear Ms. Dortch:
On November21, 2012, Spokane Broadcasting Company, the licensee of Station KPKL-FM,
Spokane, Washington {FacilityNo. 3922], notified the Commission that it had been forced to reduce
power due to a failed transmitter, and requested authorization to use the facilities of its booster
station, KPKL-FM1. It notified the Commission on May 14, 2013 that as of January 18, 2013,
Station KPKL(FM) resumed operation at 5 Kw of power pursuant to the STA granted on January 17,
2013 (BSTA-20121 I2IARR).
Per Dale Bickel's email of July 18, 2013, please be advised iht as of July 16, 2013, the
station resumed operating at its fully licensed ERP power of 25 kilowatts.
This resumption of KPKL's operation should be the final step in processing and granting the
pending KPKL-FM1 booster license application (see BLFTB20l2i IO5AKF). Accordingly, it is
respectfully requested that this application be processed and granted.
An extra copy of this transmittal letter is enclosed, as well as a pre-addressecl, stamped
envelope. Please confirm your receipt of the filing of this notice by date stamping the extra COPY of
this transmittal letter and returning it to the undersigned counsel.
